  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
